when you join dba sorority you'll instantly gain extra mentorship from your "big". Our bigs are previous dba graduates and alumni members.

You'll get a chance to meet all the bigs during rush night before bigs & littles are paired for the semester.

Speak and listen with an open mind.

Reach out to your Big individually if you’re not comfortable in a group setting. They are there to support you however they can!

Respect boundaries. Bigs are there to act as mentors. However, they are not therapists.

Be cognizant and respectful of cultural and religious differences and beliefs.

It’s ok to ask questions! If your Big doesn’t know the answer to something they will point you in the right direction, or have you reach out to a coach.

Speak kindly of others. Spreading misinformation, and creating/instigating drama violates The Brief Collective community guidelines.

Do not share your Big’s or any other Littles’ information without direct permission.
