We adore the community our students have created during our semester programs, and we know that on the roller coaster of entrepreneurship, having a trusted, supportive community is so important. After being that community for hundreds of designers, we’ve realized our students wanted more opportunities to create and lean in to purposeful friendships, mentoring relationships, and coaching.
Enter: Sorority Legacy.
Sorority Legacy exists to support and equip designers in becoming industry leaders by growing their mindset, income, and influence as they take their place as change-makers in the design space worldwide.
The Goal: to have 100 graduates of TBC programs booking $10K design projects, generating $1,000,000 through women in the design industry.

Monthly Chapter Meetings, After Dark Calls, brand new achievement pins, Core Commitments, new Discord channels, and resources for Big Sisters are part of the new Sorority Legacy format. Coach Jess will also oversee the program and coach you as a Sorority Sister on your way to $10K and beyond.
We are continuously striving to make our sorority milestone program the best it can be. Therefore, there may have been changes to it since you were last a sorority member. Our Sorority Coach will do her best to accommodate each milestone circumstance and exercise her best judgement on a case-by-case basis.
